How long will my order take?

Custom orders for cake toppers will take 2 to 4 business days to design and make, custom ordered signage will take from 3 to 5 business days to make.

Please choose express shipping if needed within 2 weeks of ordering and advise the date your order will be needed by.

Returns 

Kai + Co are unable to provide a refund for custom/personalised orders.

For change of mind, Kai + Co is under no obligation to issue a refund.

What happens if my item is damaged in transit?

We take the utmost care to pack our items so that they arrive undamaged,
however on very few occasions items can get damaged in transit that are beyond our control. If this happens please email through photos of the damaged item and packaging for review.

We offer free cancellations before the point of production for personalised items.

Unfortunately, if production has commenced and / or we have sent you artwork, we’re unable to offer cancellation.
